Administrator/Receptionist - Receptionists need to have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that’s going in an organisation, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to coordinating deliveries and organising travel arrangements for staff. You’ll also often be the first person that employees and potential clients see, so you’re always representing the company. Duties include dealing with all enquiries by phone and email, website and social media management, meeting and greeting clients, handling confidential data, assisting the CEO and Sales Manager with any tasks, scheduling meetings and appointments for the CEO and Sales Manager, processing orders, representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance. WSS offers a competitive salary. Previous experience preferred but full training will be given to the right candidate.
Warehouse Operatives - handling of all imports and exports into and out of the warehouse situated on Decadent Isles. Looking for an ambitious and hardworking professional who does not mind working in hot conditions and can work an entire shift on his or her feet. WSS prizes speed and accuracy above all else, so attention to detail is a must and be able to follow instructions precisely and double-check his or her work before completing a task. Operatives will be handling sensitive data and deliveries so discretion is a must. WSS offers a competitive salary.
