Breaking News: Small militia storms the streets of Decadent. Witnesses say that Armed gunmen are yelling at citizens.
A witness told the Journal, " A bunch of intimidating-looking men with thick Irish accents are patrolling the town, with GUNS... they are ordering people around. This is a violation of my rights!!!'"
The Journal is currently investigating. Is this part of the council?
