Vehicles Stolen - Estimated $13 000 000.00

Updated: Dec 9, 2020

This morning as the tourists and citizens of Decadent Isles awake, terrible news might await them

During the early hours of Monday morning what we believe to be a well known and well organized criminal organization broke into one of Decadent Isles most secure warehouses on the docks.

"Not all vehicles were stolen we estimate the worth of the vehicles stolen around thirteen million american dollars."

A tourist of the Isles residing at the Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa told The Isles Journal that she heard some movement near the warehouse as she took a nightly stroll along the pier at the hotel but in her mind it was just new vehicles being brought into warehouse. Who can blame her? Such an horrendous crime is not expected here on our prestige Island.

Empty Warehouse and No Police

The warehouse is well known to the community of Decadent Isles, tourists and citizens alike. That is after all where the cars are stored after being brought in by the ferry. The Warehouse was left empty but the criminals couldn't get away with everything. A few cars remains in perfect condition and some still in containers.

Spokesperson for the DIPD said they became aware of the crime when a warehouse worker informed them after arriving at work around 5 am this morning .

"Not all vehicles were stolen we estimate the worth of the vehicles stolen around thirteen million american dollars." The police and the crime scene unit are on the scene and the warehouse will remain a crime scene for the rest of this blue Monday for many.

If your vehicle might have been involved please contact Sergeant A. Brown at the Decadent Isles Police Department.
